The Library will be CLOSED on Monday, November 11th in observance of Veteran’s Day, then again for the Thanksgiving holiday … Thursday, Friday & Saturday, the 28th, 29th & 30th of November.  Our Friends of the Library Book Store – located inside the library – is now open on Wednesdays & Saturdays from 10am till 2pm.  We have a Bilingual Storytime on the 1st Thursday of the month (Nov 7th) from 11am till 12pm & also on Thursday, November 7th we have Books with Daisy from 4 till 5pm.  Daisy is a trained service dog that comes to have children read to her.  Once per month, we have our Eclectic Book Club led by our director, Linda Hitchcock.  It’s on the 2nd Thursday of the month (November 14th) from 1:30 till 2:30pm.  There’s no assigned reading for this book club … you just talk about whatever you are currently reading.  Our children’s librarian has started a BRAND NEW Storytime called Bumble Babies on Tuesday mornings.  This new storytime is geared toward babies under 1 year of age.  We also have an Adulting 101 class in November, on Thursday the 21st & it will be covering how to budget successfully.
